Booking and Payment: A booking deposit of $250 is required within 2 days of the tentative booking being made to confirm and exclusively secure a date to hire the venue. Remaining amounts are due 21 days prior to the booking date. Bookings made for a hire date 21 days or less require 100% of the hire fees and bond to be paid upfront to reserve.

Bond Payment: All event bookings require a $400 bond payment. Bond is refundable within 5 business days providing the after-event inspection has passed at the discretion of the venue manager and/or owner.

Cancellations:

60+ days prior = 50% of deposit refunded.

30-60 days prior = deposit forfeited.

21 days or less prior = deposit and any other payments made forfeited.
