Frequently Asked Questions

Customers will pay a deposit for the booking to Rentsy to secure the booking. The remaining payment will be as per the pricing terms that you have set under the special requirements section.

If you need to cancel a customers booking you can do so from your bookings list. Please note this will be recorded by Rentsy and without proper reason this may impact the continued availability of your store on Rentsy.

You can create a promo code in the store admin panel. Please note that the discounts you provide will come from the stores proportion of the booking and will not be reduced from the deposit amount.

The terms for bond payments will be the same as your standard bond terms. Please ensure that the full terms for any bond payments are listed under the special requirements section.

If a customer loses or damages an item we ask that you follow your standard policies and procedures with the customer. Your stores bond and rental agreement should be signed by the customer when they pick up the item.
