About Us:

We started our story with a Christmas Gift with a twist in 2014. Smoked foods wasn’t a thing here in Australia – but the gift screamed perfect.

Starting when there was no tutorials, no YouTube, no socials about American Low & Slow, we have honed our skills and flavour profiles through many years of trial and error. Taking inspiration initially from some of the American Greats – such as Sam Jones, Rodney Scott and Malcolm Reed – we’ve created what you know and love.

We are about experiencing the best that American BBQ can give you. Having won multiple awards, including Australian Caterer of the Year by the Australian BBQ Alliance, Finalist in Australian Small Business of the Year, Winner of multiple local awards (such as Best Hospitality & Events company for Small Business by the Logan Chamber of Commerce) and many more.
