Special Requirements / Payment Terms
Deposit of $50 and is due at the time of the booking. Balance is due 3 weeks before. if you are booking within 3 weeks of the event date, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation and other Fees
75% of the Fees will be refunded, less , and 25% of the Fees will be retained by the organisation for orders cancelled 15 business days before.
No refund will be provided, and 100% of the Fees will be retained if written notice is given less than 5 Business Days’ before the Start Date (or if notice is not properly given).
Additional Delivery Fee equal to the original amount applies (If the Customer prevents delivery or collection of the Hire Goods such that re-attempt is required)
Late Return Charges will apply based based on a pro rata / 24 hour period
Cleaning Fees will apply at our company's discretion dependent on the requirements for each order
Insurance - Excess Fees that apply will be charged to the client
Important Conditions
All faulty equipment must be notified the same day of delivery unless it is normal wear and tear
Electrical connections are not undertaken by our company other than general setting up of minor lighting. Connection of the lighting or any products to a power source is strictly the responsibility of the site owner to ensure is connected to a power source in line with any registrations. We recommend all outside connections use earth league certified power boxes and connections.
Where pegs are used into the ground the site owner is responsible for ensuing where plumbing or electrical lines maybe and should damage occur form pegging into the ground we accept no responsibility for this.
Equipment must only be used as directed leaning back on chairs causing breakage or other types of incorrect usage are the responsibility of the site owner not our company
All glassware, cutlery, plates etc must be returned cleaned and cloths place in plastic bags for collection.
