*Competent person to tow trailer. *Drivers Licence and rental form to be completed. *Electric brakes on vehicle will be required to tow 100kVA trailer. *Daily rate - 12 hours run time. *Daily rate - 24 hours run time. *To complete your booking, we require the full payment upfront and a completed rental agreement. Should you wish to cancel, a 48-hour notice is required to receive a full refund. Driver licence copy is also required together with you credit card details which will be kept on file for the hire duration. *Collection Hours: Standard collection times are Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. As our office closes promptly at 4:30 PM, customers must arrive well before this time to allow sufficient time for loading or unloading. Late arrivals may incur additional charges to cover staff overtime. *Booking Accuracy: It is the responsibility of the customer or hirer to verify that all details—such as the date and listed items—on the invoice or booking form are accurate prior to collection. *Vehicle Requirements: Customers must ensure they bring a suitable vehicle for transporting the items. To help prevent damage to both our equipment and your vehicle, please bring appropriate securing materials such as ropes, tie-downs, and blankets. *It is the customer’s responsibility to load their vehicle upon collection and unload at the time of return. Although we are happy to help, not all our staff which are onsite are not trained to do so. If you are unable to load the vehicle yourself please ensure you bring assistance or request delivery at the time of booking (additional fees may apply). *Standard delivery times are Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Deliveries requested outside these hours may incur additional charges, which will be confirmed at the time of booking. *It is the customer’s or hirer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery date, address, and item list on the invoice or booking form are accurate. Additional fees may apply if our team is unable to complete the delivery due to incorrect information, such as an invalid address or incorrect date. *Diesel used during the hire period should be replaced before returning the generator back to us or additional fuel charges will apply. The hirer accepts full responsibility for any injury to persons or damage to property resulting from the use of the hired equipment, regardless of how such injury or damage may occur or be caused. *By proceeding with a booking, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in the hire agreement.
