50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking and the remaining Balance is due in cash to the driver on delivery of your item.

Unfortunately no refunds will be issued if booking is cancelled. If 48 hours notice prior to event date is given, credits will be issued and the booking can be rescheduled. If booking is cancelled within 48 hours of event date, no credits will be issued.

A standard power outlet is required within 30 meters of the set up area. We can supply a generator if needed (extra charges apply)
