BHQ GOLD COAST provides premium 6x3m marquee hire across the Gold Coast—ideal when you want quick cover for an event without the full event build. Our marquees are clean, professional, heavy duty, weighted, white PVC material and perfect for creating instant shade and shelter for all kinds of setups
What you get:
- 6m x 3m white PVC marquee (single unit)
- Optional wall & lighting add-ons
- Weighted setup (not pegged) can be placed in more locations where pegging isn’t allowed or practical
Because when the marquee is weighted instead of pegged, it can be suitable for:
- Hard surfaces (concrete, pavers, decking)
- Areas where venues/parks don’t allow ground pegs
- Backyards where you don’t want holes in the lawn
(Placement is still subject to safe conditions and weather.)

Delivery Service Only:
- We deliver the marquee to your location and position it where you need (safe access required)
- You tell us the date, time window, and surface type (grass/concrete/pavers) so we bring the right weighting and plan
- Insurance doesn't replace damaged or broken goods if set up by the client or DIY
Requirements:
- Clear access for delivery (parking/loading close to setup area)
- A flat, suitable space for a 6x3m footprint
- Weather awareness: for safety, setup may be adjusted or postponed in high wind/heavy rain
Message us with your event date, suburb, surface type, if you want any add on's and larger setups, and we’ll confirm availability and send a clear quote.
Special Requirements / Payment Terms
- Access for delivery: Clear access from our vehicle to the setup spot (let us know about stairs, narrow gates, long carry distances, or steep driveways).
- Safe placement: We can’t place marquees where they block walkways, emergency exits, driveways, or create trip hazards.
- Weather: Marquees are weather dependent. For safety we may delay, reposition, or cancel setup in strong wind/heavy rain/lightning (especially in open parks/beachfront areas).
- Underground hazards (if on grass): You must advise if there are sprinklers, irrigation lines, cables, septic, or soft ground in the area.
- Council/venue rules: If you’re in a park or public space, you’re responsible for any permits/approvals required by the venue/council.
- Keep clear of heat/flames: No BBQs, heaters, or open flames directly under/against the marquee unless approved (heat damage is chargeable).
- No moving once placed: Once positioned and weighted, the marquee should not be moved by guests (ask us first if it needs adjusting).
