Perfect for intimate gatherings, the Aurora Small Event Tent brings elegance and atmosphere to events with minimal space to spare.
What’s included:
Installation
Our team takes care of the full installation, setting up your Aurora Tent the day before your event – allowing plenty of time for styling and vendor access. Setup takes up to five hours, and we return the day after your event for a smooth and stress-free pack down.
Weathershield Walls
Our clear weathershield walls are the perfect addition for peace of mind in unpredictable weather. Designed to shield you from wind and rain, they can be rolled up or down during your event, reduce noise or section off areas within the tent.
Lighting Package
Set the mood with our lighting package. Warm, dimmable uplights on each centre pole cast a soft glow toward the sail top, while festoon lights around the perimeter stream outward to tall bamboo poles, creating a magical lighting effect tailored to your preffered event layout.
Floor Plan / Seating Layout
If you have a layout in mind, we can help bring it to life with a custom floor plan to scale. We’ll work with you to provide recommendations based on guest count, dance floors, stages, bars, and more, ensuring the perfect setup for your event.
We set up your tent the day before your event. Installation takes up to 5 hours, so everything is ready well ahead of time. We return the day after your event to pack everything down, leaving your venue just as we found it.
Special Requirements / Payment Terms
The Small Aurora Tent requires a 14m x 14m flat area for installation.
The Aurora Tent is best installed on a flat, grassed area for stability and safety. Slight slopes can be manageable, but we’ll assess each site individually to ensure a secure and beautiful setup.
We require a 50% deposit to lock in your booking, as we only book one tent per date. We’re happy to offer payment plans for the remaining balance, which is due 30 days before your event – just let us know what works best for you!
Additional fees may be incurred for travel, labour and/or installation depending on location and items hired.
