When am I charged for my booking?

You're not charged until the rental provider confirms availability — usually within an hour of your reservation. If they can't fulfil your booking for any reason, no charge is taken.

How does delivery and pickup work?

After confirmation, the provider will message you to lock in a delivery window. Pickup is from the same address — items should be ready to go by the agreed time.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancellation and change terms are set by the provider and shown before you pay. You can manage everything from your Rentsy account.

Is a deposit or bond required?

Some providers hold a refundable deposit against damage or loss. Any deposit amount is shown in your price breakdown before you confirm.

How do I ask the provider a question?

Use the “Ask a Question” button — it opens the Q&A so you can post directly to the provider. You'll be notified by email when they reply.
