About Us:

Beginning his culinary journey in Italy at the age of 15, Stefano refined his craft under the mentorship of masterful local chefs.

With a foundation rooted in respect for quality ingredients and traditional techniques, Stefano relocated to Melbourne in 2007, where he became a key figure in the city’s celebrated dining scene, including at renowned establishments Vue de Monde, Osteria Ilaria and Tipo00. Now based on the Gold Coast, Stefano recently led the team as Head Chef at Queensland’s Best Restaurant 2024 awarded by Gourmet Traveller.

A considered and accomplished chef, Stefano blends traditional techniques with contemporary style, offering personalised dining experiences that honour the rich flavours of his heritage.
