Description
Dimensions: Length 3.7m, Width 1.8m, Height 1.3m. Perfect size for a large house clearance projects. Clean concrete materials include heavy concrete, rubble and other masonry materials left after an extensive renovation or demolition. Extended hire one time fee: $50. We deliver to the following postcodes only on the Gold Coast: 4205, 4206,4207,4208,4209,4210,4211,4212,4213,4214,4215,4216,4217,4218,4219,4220,4221,4222,4223,4224,4225,4226,4227,4228,4229, 4271, 4275, 4280, 4285, 4287
Please note: Deliveries are made between 8am-2pm. Requested delivery times are subject to availability and may not always be fulfilled but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Special Requirements / Payment Terms
Standard Hire is 2 weeks. Normal delivery between 9:00am and 3:00pm. Full payment due at the time of booking. The following restricted waste MUST NOT be placed in the bin: Asbestos: If found contaminated it will incur a processing fee of $1500,Tyres, Liquids, Paint & Oils, Hazardous Waste,Tree Trunks larger than 25cm and Car Batteries. In Skip Bins 6m and above: NO SAND, SOIL OR DIRT Mattresses are ok but attract an additional charge of $100. Placement of the bin is at the drivers discretion, due to our Public Liability requirements. Permits to place bin on roadway are to be sourced by the customer. Bin MUST NOT be moved from the delivered position. No fires are to be lit in the bins. Bin MUST NOT be filled above the fill line.The hirer is responsible for the bin once it has been delivered. The hirer agrees to make the bin available for collection by BOSH BIN on the agreed collection date. All due care will be taken, but no responsibility accepted, once the truck is on the hirers property.
