Cash Only. $50 Bond required + balance of hire booking payable on pick up. (Refundable on hire return/no damage.) All Sunday events, pick up can be Thursday, Friday, Saturday only (No Sunday pickup.)

How does delivery and pickup work?

After confirmation, the provider will message you to lock in a delivery window. Pickup is from the same address — items should be ready to go by the agreed time.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancellation and change terms are set by the provider and shown before you pay. You can manage everything from your Rentsy account.

Is a deposit or bond required?

Some providers hold a refundable deposit against damage or loss. Any deposit amount is shown in your price breakdown before you confirm.
