BOOKING POLICY
A 20% deposit is due at the time of your booking, with the remaining balance to be paid two weeks prior to the event date. A one hundred dollar bond is also required to secure the booking. This will be processed when the items are collected for use and refunded when all hired items have been returned without damage.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All booking cancellations require 30 days notice, in writing, to receive a refund of the deposit. If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the event date the deposit will be forfeited.
