Special Requirements / Payment Terms

40% deposit due at the time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to event date. If the booking is cancelled, 25% of the total cost is non-refundable. Cancellations made within a specific timeframe of the event date may result in a partial refund at the discretion of the company. No refunds will be issued if cancellations are made within 30 days of event date.
