Liam is our Black Vintage Phone. Say goodbye to traditional guest books and welcome a new way to capture unforgettable memories! Our Audio Guest Books are the perfect addition to your celebration, letting your guests leave heartfelt messages that will be preserved for years to come. Equipped with high-quality microphones, these gems capture every moment with crystal-clear sound, so you can relive the laughter, love, and joy whenever you like. Standard hire includes up to 5 days. You can collect and return the Audio Guest Book for free from our Arundel showroom, with pick-up available 1–2 business days before your event. Alternatively, we can arrange postage (including return)for an additional $30. All audio files will be edited and emailed to you for download within two business days of return. Let your event shine with this unique, memorable touch!

Special Requirements / Payment Terms

20% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. Remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to event date. All cancellations require 7 days notice to receive a refund of balance. If booking is cancelled within 7 days of event date, refund is forfeited.

Hi Natalee, you will definitely receive instructions/suggestions for the personalised greeting. We ask that you email your greeting to us at least two days prior so we can load the phone ready with your greeting and make sure everything is ready to go for the event. And after the guestbook is returned, we will send a link for you to download all the personal messages your guests have left for you on the Audio Guestbook. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
