TERMS & CONDITIONS
Once booking has been approved by us Full payment is required to confirm your booking of which 40% is a non refundable booking fee. * Booking fees paid are non refundable due to cancellation, change of date or change of mind. Postponing a confirmed booking is considered a cancellation. * Cancellations 72 hours (or more) before the commencement date of your hire will be entitled to a refund less the 40% booking fee. There will be no refund on bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the commencement date of the hire period. Any items removed from your booking after confirmation will also incur a 40% fee based on the value of those items. This is due to limited stock availability and the likelihood that these items could have been hired to other customers.
Items that are being collected can do so any day or time but by arrangement. For example you book for Saturday we are happy for you to collect Friday return Monday for 1 day charge.
Bookings that include delivery and collection are based on the assumption that drive-in, onsite access is available to the designated drop-off point. Items will be unloaded as requested within a reasonable distance of 15–20 metres from the delivery vehicle and without the need for stairs, lifts, or difficult access.
We are more than happy to adjust service charges at the time of booking to accommodate lengthy, labour-intensive, or restricted-access deliveries where required.
You will be notified during the week of your booking with the confirmed delivery date and approximate time once the driver schedule has been finalised.
Furniture is typically delivered on Fridays and collected on Mondays.
Jumping castles, inflatables, and slushy machines are delivered on the day of the event.
If you require any exact times, for instance if your party is at a venue or must meet a particular time slot, then please let us know at least 7 days prior so we can look to accommodate your request.

- All other items don't include setup unless quoted.
