- Hire duration is 24 hours (7am-7am)
- Delivery and collection times can be adjusted to suit venue access or scheduling needs, but the hire duration remains fixed. For private or outdoor events, we will coordinate times based on accessibility and safety.
- Pick up will be at 7 am the following day. If this is not suitable please let us know when completing the booking form.

- Size can be doubled on request.
- Indoor setups
- Outdoor setups may only be approved on the day of the event, and are subject to weather conditions.
- Available in a variety of Colours and natural floral scents.
Special Requirements / Payment Terms
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is due at the time of the booking, the remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. If you are booking within 7 days of the event date, the full payment will be due at the time of the booking.
- All cancellations require 7 days notice prior to the event date. The deposit is forfeited.
