Special Requirements / Payment Terms
To confirm your order for an event, we require a 50% non refundable deposit due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your event. If you’re booking within 1 week of your event, the full balance will be due at the time of booking.
If your event has to cancel for any reason, we will hold the deposit and you can use it at another time. The deposit will not expire, and it can be used on other items!
If notice of cancellation is given 2 weeks prior to event date, 50% of the booking total will be reimbursed. If booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of event day, refund is forfeited.
