Special Requirements / Payment Terms
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 20% to secure the date and due at the time of booking. Remaining balance due 14 days before the event date. If the booking is made within 14 days of the event date, full payment is due at the time of booking.Â
Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a partial refund, excluding the deposit.
Cancellations within 14 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling may be accommodated at Allure Events & Co’s discretion, subject to availability and additional fees.
