2 courses including one entree and a small (2) selection of main dishes. Please choose from the following options:

• Mixed arancini & mozzarella sticks fried choice (entree)
• Mini fried calzoni (entree)
• Arancini (entree)
• Bruschetta tomato (entree)

• Gnocchi with tomato and basil sauce (suitable for vegetarians and vegans)
• Spaghetti beef bolognese sauce
• Gnocchi norcina (porcini mushroom, Italian pork sausage, taleggio cheese)
• Gnocchi creamy homemade basil pesto
• Gnocchi Amatriciana red sauce with pancetta and a splash of red wine
• Homemade beef lasagna and salad
• Cheesy meatball roll
• Porchetta focaccia roll
• Colosseum burger (with pulled apart brisket beef slow cooked in smoked whisky sauce)
• Baked pasta “timballo style” 
• Chicken schnitzel parmigiana burger
• Calamari and fish on salad

Deposit of $450 is due at the time of booking.

Remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event.

All cancellations require 2 weeks' notice prior to the event date. May be subject to a cancellation fee depending on notice given.

If available, 2 x 15 amp power required. If not available, the use of our generator will incur a $150 fee.

Serving window is on passenger side of the truck.

Space required for the food trailer is 8 meters, plus detachable towing vehicle.
