Please advise at time of booking if there are any stairs or restricted access points gravel grass or uneven surfaces affecting trolley access parking limitations or loading zone restrictions any other excess conditions we should plan around

Additional travel fees may be incurred based on location and travel time

A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. A security bond in case of damage will also be required to secure the booking.
