Description

Whether it's a Birthday, Wedding or corporate function, treat yourself and your guests to a delicious canapé set menu!

This package includes your choice of two of the following:

Thai Satay Chicken Skewers (GF)
Vegetable Spring Rolls with Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce (Vegetarian)
Truffle Porcini Arancini Balls w/ Parmesan and Kewpie Dipping Sauce (Vegetarian)

Plus

A selection of Beef, Pulled Pork, and Vegetarian Sliders (substantial option)

Other Inclusions:

Up to 90 minute food service window
Napkins
Onsite kitchen required (or hire our food truck if no onsite kitchen is available)
Chef and service staff
Generator (if 15amp power is not available onsite)
Specific dietaries covered (including vegan and gluten free options)

Minimum package amount is $1350 and is suited for up to 30 guests with the menu items listed above and a food service window of up to 90 minutes. If you have more guests (35 to 60pax), please select 2 packages, and a discount will be applied to the final invoice after the Rentsy deposit is paid. Service window is extended when multiple packages are purchased. Other hot and cold canapé options are also available which may incur extra fees depending on the options chosen.

Special Requirements / Payment Terms

20% deposit due at the time of booking. Fully refundable up to one month prior to booking date if event is cancelled. Final payment is due one month prior to the scheduled event date. If booking is made within one month, full payment is due immediately once your package is finalised. If the booking is cancelled within 1 month, a partial refund will be issued. If the booking is cancelled within 14 days, no refunds will be issued. Trailer requires 6m x 3m space. 15amp power onsite preferred, or we can provide a generator.
