Smoked salmon mousse, apple, caviar, blini

Thai spiced sweet potato tartlet, lime crème fraiche

Steak tartare, cured egg yolk, cornichon

Cocktail finger food (substantial canapés)

Pork and prawn spring rolls, sweet chilli jam

Chicken satay skewers, satay sauce

Mushroom and cheddar arancini, truffle aioli

Fork & walk

Moroccan lamb shoulder, spiced couscous, lime yoghurt (veg option included)

Butter chicken, basmati, onion bhaji, fresh naan (veg option included)

Special Requirements / Payment Terms

A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking and confirm your event date.
The remaining balance is due in full one week prior to the event date.

Cancellation Policy:
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur the full event fee, as staffing, food, and preparations will have already been confirmed.

Service staff are charged at $50 per hour; however, this cost is included at no additional charge for bookings exceeding $2,000.
