Special Requirements / Payment Terms
A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking and confirm your event date.
The remaining balance is due in full one week prior to the event date.
Cancellation Policy:
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur the full event fee, as staffing, food, and preparations will have already been confirmed.
Service staff are charged at $50 per hour; however, this cost is included at no additional charge for bookings exceeding $2,000.
