Corporate Lunch Catering Package

Description

Give the team a midday “pick me up” with our Corporate Lunch Catering Package!

The menu includes:

Variety of Fresh Sandwiches (GF available)
Variety of Mini Quiches (Vegetarian Available)
Platter of Sweet Mini Muffins
Platter of Fresh Seasonal Fruits
Self Serve Tea and Coffee Station
Fresh Wraps and Sweet Slices available on request

After a different or extra menu option? We can organise it!

Other Inclusions:

Up to 60 minute food service window
Cutlery, napkins and plates and cups
Onsite kitchen required (or hire our food truck if no onsite kitchen is available)
Chef and staff
Generator (if 15amp power is not available onsite for food truck)
Specific dietaries covered (including vegan and gluten free options)

Minimum package amount is $990 and is suited for up to 30 guests with the menu items listed above and a food service window of up to 60 minutes. If you have more guests (35 to 60pax), please select 2 packages, and a discount will be applied to the final invoice after the Rentsy deposit is paid. Service window is extended when multiple packages are purchased. Other hot and cold food options are also available.

Special Requirements / Payment Terms

20% deposit due at the time of booking. Fully refundable up to one month prior to booking date if event is cancelled. Final payment is due one month prior to the scheduled event date. If booking is made within one month, full payment is due immediately once your package is finalised. If the booking is cancelled within 1 month, a partial refund will be issued. If the booking is cancelled within 14 days, no refunds will be issued. Trailer requires 6m x 3m space. 15amp power onsite preferred, or we can provide a generator.
