Special Requirements / Payment Terms
A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking. A second deposit of 20% must be paid 3 months prior to wedding date. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to wedding date. If you are booking within 3 months of wedding date, a 40% deposit is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be due 3 weeks prior to wedding date. If you are booking within 3 weeks of wedding date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
Client contract must be signed to secure the booking.
Final confirmation of guest/attendee numbers and the final payment for the event must be made strictly three weeks prior to the event date. No refunds can be given for guest cancellations where these occur within 14 days of the event date however you may be able to increase your numbers should we be able to accommodate this.
Should the final payment not be received by these terms Babalou has the right to cancel the event. Payment plans are available, ($500 minimum payments only). Prices are subject to change. Bookings made on a public holiday will incur a 15% surcharge.
Cancellation
In the instance that a wedding is to be cancelled, written notification must be made to your Event Manager. The following fees will apply.

180-269 Days 50% of total estimated event costs
90-179 Days 80% of total estimated event costs
0-90 Days 100% of total estimated event costs
