Booking Deposit
A $500 deposit is required to secure your charter date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the scheduled cruise date.

For bookings made within 30 days of the cruise date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Customer Cancellations
If you cancel your charter more than 30 days before the scheduled cruise date, all payments made, including the $500 deposit, will be refunded in full.

If you cancel your charter within 30 days of the scheduled cruise date, the $500 deposit will be forfeited. Any additional amounts paid above the $500 deposit will be refunded.

Weather Cancellations
We operate in varying weather conditions, and cruises will proceed where conditions are considered safe and suitable for operation.

If We determines that the charter cannot safely proceed due to severe or unsafe weather conditions, the customer may reschedule the charter to another available date without losing their $500 deposit or other payments made.

Weather-related cancellations or rescheduling are determined by us based on operational and safety considerations.
