Pick your own departure time — we'll work around your plans. Just let us know your preferred time when we reach out after your booking and we'll get everything sorted. Please note that all charters must have guests back ashore by 9:00pm. Prefer a different start or finish point? Just let us know — we're flexible. We'll send you the exact Google Maps or Apple Maps pin for your boarding spot when we confirm your booking.

All ages are welcome on board — we love a family day out.
If little ones are joining the crew, let us know when we reach out after your booking so the skipper can make sure everything is set up perfectly for the day.

 

All guests must follow crew safety instructions at all times.

Spirits must be in pre-mixed cans only. No straight spirit bottles or red wine.
Plastic cups preferred — we provide eskies, ice and bins.
No straight spirits or red wine · No confetti or glitter · No unsupervised children without a responsible adult present.

If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible — the sooner we hear, the better chance we have of filling your spot.
If we're able to re-book your date, we'll organise a refund. If we can't, we're unfortunately unable to offer one.
No-show: 100% forfeited. We'll hold your spot for 15 minutes at your boarding location before the charter departs.

A 10% deposit via Rentsy secures your booking.
We'll be in touch within one business day to confirm details, talk through any special requests, and get everything sorted for your day.
The balance is due within 7 days of your deposit.
Bank transfer and PayID accepted. Invoice available on request.

The safety of everyone on board is our first priority.
Under maritime safety regulations, the vessel's master has the final authority to stand down a charter when conditions are assessed as unsafe — this is a legal requirement, not a preference.
If your charter is stood down for safety reasons, we'll organise a reschedule at no cost to you.
Our two-level design with an enclosed lower cabin means most weather days proceed without issue.

Off-peak pricing in effect until 31 August 2026 — after that, peak season rates apply. If your event falls after September 1, get in touch and we'll confirm the updated rate. Either way, locking in your booking now is always the best move.
