A new 78 feet, 2018 Luxury Sports Yacht is now available for private charter on the Gold Coast. A real white boat, no other charter boat on the Gold Coast is as new or as lavish as “Ava”.
Perfect for any occasion; Birthdays, Weddings, Christmas or any other life celebrations.
So many entertaining areas! It is perfect for day or evening charters and it will impress with it’s luxury finishes. It has a large open Flybridge with ample seating and a daybed in the cockpit area. Walk around decks with more seating and another daybed on the bow. The rear deck is expansive and undercover. The duckboard is accessible and safe with stainless steel railings. The lounge area is luxurious and has a galley with lots of refrigeration. Another cockpit area leads to down below where there are 3 impressive bedrooms and bathrooms. The state room is impressive with it’s star light ceiling and luxury finishes. All areas are accessible during a charter.

Special Requirements / Payment Terms
40% deposit due at the time of booking. Remaining balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to event date. If event is less than 4 weeks away, full payment due at the time of booking. If the charter is cancelled in writing by the charterer for any reason, the charter fee and other costs and fees already paid are non-refundable. Postponing your charter will only be accepted in writing 10 weeks or more before the charter date and $1000 fee applies. The alternative date for charter must be confirmed at the time of postponement.
PRELIMINARIES
• There is a strict “no shoes” and no “red wine” policy on board. Please ensure your guests are aware of this policy prior to your charter.
• No smoking unless the vessel permits and guests smoke in the designated smoking area.
• Social distancing: Charterer and Charterer’s guests have consented to participate without
social distancing, the entire group is considered as a single group for activities.
• Please be advised that Yacht operator are taking all the safety precautions to ensure Charterer, Charterer’s guests and yacht crew are protected during the Covid-19 Pandemic. If the Charterer or Charterer’s guests are unwell, have COVID-19 symptoms, have been in a declared COVID-19 hotspot in the past 14 days or self-isolating please inform us before you come and DO NOT join the cruise.
The charter period includes the time taken for embarking and disembarking in charter guests. Should the charterer wish to extend the charter during the charter period, this must be agreed with by the captain for Yacht management and will be charged at the contracted
hourly rate or as negotiated.
PAYMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
a) You will be deemed to have accepted all the terms and condition stated in this document upon the payment of the deposit.
Limit Of Liability
It is a condition of the charter that the liability of the Operator, it servants, agents and subcontractors is agreed to be limited in accordance with the limitation of liabilities and Maritime Claims Act 1989
Liability of Charterer
The Charterer will be held liable if any of the following have occurred doing the charter
a) loss or damage to the yacht, it’s fitting, or equipment caused by the Charterer or the Charterer’s guests.
b) Any unreasonable amount of excessive uncleanliness caused by the charterer’s guests.
c) No food or drinks are allowed in the cabins. Fees will be charged for any damage done to the furniture or beddings.
WEATHER
The owner/boat operator is not responsible for the weather conditions and any adverse weather conditions do not give the charterer the right to terminate the Charter. The captain or the owner will determine if the weather condition are not safe to operate the charter as planned.
SAFETY-CAPTAIN’S AUTHORITY
The Charterer and charter guests will comply with all directions given by the captain of the Yacht. The captain can or will
a) Terminate the Charter at any time and returned to the point of embarkation if the Captain believes the safety of the Yacht or passengers is at risk or the guests refuse to comply with the Captain’s directions.
b) If use of illegal substances are believed to be consumed the captain can return to the point of embarkation and terminate the Charter.
c) Swimming. Swimming can only be authorised by the crew in their absolute discretion and only in the daylight hours when the vessel is stationary. The owner/boat operator take no responsibility for your safety for offshore swimming and any water activities that carry throughout this charter.
The Charterer acknowledges that he or she has read and understood these Terms and Conditions and has or will convey these conditions to all of the Charterer’s Group.
