Cancellation policy: If the Rider cancels a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled hire start time, the Rider will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled hire start time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

The Company may cancel a booking for safety, weather, or operational reasons. In such cases, the Rider will be offered a refund of the deposit or a reschedule.
