CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING 

Bookings are considered tentative until:
(a) A signed Booking Agreement is received, and

(b) The required deposit is paid within 7 days of quote issued

If confirmation is not received within this time frame, the venue reserves the right to release the date.

All quoted costs are Projected Function Costs only and are based on anticipated guest numbers and event details. Final charges may vary if these details change.

PAYMENT 
(a) Unless prior credit arrangements are approved, fees must be paid in cleared funds.
(b) A deposit of $1,000 of the minimum spend (whichever is greater) is required to confirm the booking and will be applied to the final invoice.
(c) The remaining Projected Function Cost, less any deposit, is due 10 days before the function.
(d) Any additional charges incurred during the function must be settled at the conclusion. Outstanding amounts will be charged to the nominated credit card.
(e) Function duration may be extended for an additional surcharge, as advised by the venue. Further extensions may be negotiated on the function date.
(f) Only the customer or their nominated representative may request extensions, in consultation with the Function Coordinator. 
(g) If payment obligations are not met, the venue may terminate the booking and function.
 
CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT POLICY 
In the regrettable circumstances that a customer cancels or postpones a function, the following cancellation fees will apply: 

(a) 60 days or more: Full deposit refunded

(b) 30–59 days: Deposit retained + 25% of Projected Function Cost

(c) 14–29 days: Deposit retained + 50% of Projected Function Cost

(d) 0–13 days: 100% of Projected Function Cost

Customer circumstances (including illness, travel disruption or supplier issues) do not override this policy.
