Special Requirements / Payment Terms

50% deposit due at the time of booking and remaining balance due upon completion of hire. Seventy-two hours notice required for all cancellations and to receive refund of deposit. If booking is cancelled within 72 hours of hire date, deposit is forfeited. Cancellations due to weather conditions can be rescheduled. Excavators can only be operated by licensed operators supplied by the company.
