A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. 
Remaining payment is due 7 days prior to event date. 

SAFETY The client is responsible for providing a safe workplace at all times. The performers have the right at any time to cease performance in the event they believe their safety is at risk, without forfeiting payment. 

ON SITE Client must provide shelter/shade and parking for artists unless otherwise arranged. The reimbursement of parking fees applies where parking is not provided. Artists are not child minders and an adult should always accompany children. 

REFUND POLICY All bookings are final upon receipt of payment. We do not offer refunds for cancellation or change of mind. A credit may be offered at the discretion of the business. NO CREDITS ARE AVAILABLE FOR CANCELLATION within 7 days of event date.
