Special Requirements / Payment Terms
- Outdoor / ventilation only: Gas heaters must be used in well‑ventilated outdoor areas. Not suitable for enclosed rooms or fully walled-in marquees with no airflow.
- Flat, stable placement: Must be placed on level ground where it can’t be knocked over (no slopes/uneven grass where possible).
- Clearance from flammables: Keep a safe distance from marquee walls, tablecloths, decorations, furniture, and any flammable materials. No placing directly under low canopies.
- Keep away from walkways: Position heaters so guests won’t bump them and cables/hoses (if any) won’t create trip hazards.
- Weather conditions: Do not operate in unsafe conditions (strong wind can be a tipping risk; heavy rain can affect safe use).
- Adult supervision required: A responsible adult/host must supervise heater use, especially at events with alcohol.
- No tampering/moving: Heaters must not be moved once positioned without approval (moving while hot is a burn/tip risk).
- Children/pets: Keep heaters out of reach of kids and pets; establish a “no-touch” zone around the heater.
- Venue rules: If used at a venue/park, you’re responsible for any required approvals and compliance with venue safety rules.
