The Customer will pay a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking, with the balance due one week prior to delivery unless requested otherwise by the company

Hire agreement to be provided at the time of booking.

Should the Customer postpone their booking more than 7 days prior to the commencement of the Hire Period, no extra charges apply, and the booking will be rescheduled.

Should the Customer postpone their booking less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the Hire Period, a $100 administrative fee will be applied

Should the Customer cancel their booking more than 7 days prior to the commencement of the Hire Period, the 20% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited

Should the Customer cancel their booking less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the Hire Period, the 20% non-refundable deposit PLUS 50% of other amounts paid will be forfeited
