Package includes: complete set-up and pack-down, 1.5 hours of service, an attendant to serve your guests, three (3) gelato/sorbet flavours chosen from our extensive delicious collection - this serves approx. up to 100 single serves, cups & spoons, a menu board and easel displaying your flavours and most importantly, your own Gelato cart, dressed to impress!

Special Requirements / Payment Terms
A $150 (Non Refundable) deposit is required to secure your event date and is due at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date. If booking is cancelled remaining balance will be refunded but deposit will be forfeited.
All our carts requires a flat surface to set up and serve on. Bear in mind that stairs and narrow pathways are very difficult for our carts to navigate, so please check with us beforehand if the area/venue is suitable - we can usually find a way to make it work!
If additional serving time is required a fee of $55 per half hour + GST will apply.
We arrive on site 30 mins before hand to set up ready to serve. If you require us to arrive earlier than half an hour to set up and additional charge of $50 per half hour will apply.
If your event is in the city where parking fees apply, there will be a fee for parking based on the pricing of the closest parking garage. If there is a place to park the van where parking fees do not apply, please let us know.
A late night fee of $300 will be charged for serving times after 9pm
If there is no power available, we will supply a generator for a fee of $100 + GST
Once your booking is confirmed, a booking form and flavour menu will be sent to you.
One week from your event date I will contact you to confirm all details are correct and ask you for your gelato/sorbet flavours you have selected for Herb to serve at your event.
Should the event be on council land, we would need a copy of the relevant paperwork/license stating we are allowed to operate and serve food there.
We always allow enough time to arrive at your venue and be set up ready to serve at the specified time. However in the event of being caught in a traffic incident we will phone/msg your “best” contact on the day to let them know what time we will be arriving. This needs to be a contact that will answer their phone.
In the event that there is an emergency where we are unable to attend on your day, we will offer you a full refund. This has never happened and hopefully never will.
