With the simple press of a button, just insert the stick and watch fresh fairy floss be made right before your eyes in under 60 seconds. No mess, no fuss, and no dedicated operator needed like traditional fairy floss machines.

Our service is reliable, hassle-free, and user-friendly — so you can focus on enjoying your event.

Each machine can make up to 50 serves per hour. We base our serve pricing on a typical party running for 2 hours with fairy floss being made continuously.

Each machine includes enough sugar and sticks to serve up to 100 guests.

Additional 50 serves available for purchase (+$75).

We offer 5 flavour and colour combinations to choose from, with options to suit everyone.

• A $200 refundable security bond/deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The security bond is fully refundable, provided the equipment is returned on time, in clean condition, and free from damage, misuse, or missing parts.
• The customer is responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or misuse of the equipment during the hire period. Additional repair or replacement may apply where necessary.
• The security bond will be returned to your account within 3 business days after the equipment has been inspected.
• Full payment for the equipment hire is required upon collection/pick-up.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the hire date will forfeit the $200 security bond/deposit.
• A late fee of $50 applies for returns more than 2 hours overdue.
• The equipment requires a standard Australian 230V, 50Hz power outlet.
• The equipment weighs approximately 30kg and is bulky. Two people are required to safely carry the equipment. For DIY hire, we can assist with loading the equipment into the customer’s vehicle. For deliveries, the customer must provide assistance to move the equipment to the intended setup area.
• The equipment must be set up on a flat, stable surface capable of supporting at least 40kg.
• Food and drinks are prohibited on or around the equipment.
• Children must be supervised at all times when near the equipment.
• The equipment must not be exposed to adverse weather conditions. Use should cease immediately if weather conditions create a risk of injury or damage.
