Gourmet Sausage Food Truck

Description

From traditional German sausages such as the ever-popular foot long cheese kranksy, to our gourmet wiener creations such as our “Le Gourmet” (Pork & Blue cheese sausage topped with caramelised onion jam & spring onions) our menu has something for everyone. All of our sausages are served on a freshly baked bread roll. To complement our wieners we serve beer battered fries, along with a a range of classic old fashioned milkshakes and cold drinks. We also rotate some loaded fries specials, depending on the event. The Wiener Wagon will be featuring at South-East Qld’s best markets, festivals and events. We are also available for private events.

Special Requirements / Payment Terms

4 hours, about 150 serves per hour 40% deposit due at the time of booking, remaining balance due 2 days before event date. All cancellations require 2 weeks notice to receive refund of deposit. If event is cancelled within 2 weeks of event date, deposit is forfeited. Space required: 7.5m long x 2.5m width x 3.4m high Servery door is on left-hand side
