Description
This package is for up to 50 people. If you require more guests, please submit 1 booking request for the 2 hour package and another booking request using the per person pricing. Please use quantity to indicate the number of additional guests beyond 50.
We can serve 1 meal to approximately 80 guests per hour.
Our filling options for loaded baked potatoes are:
- Beef bolognese
- Beef Chilli Con Carne
- Slow cooked pulled pork
- Baked Beans
- Sour cream and chives
- Smoky Diced Bacon
All our food is 100% gluten free and we have optiond for Vegan, Vegetarian and dairy free diets available. Any other dietary requirements can be discussed at time of booking.
Additional fees may be incurred based on travel time.
Special Requirements / Payment Terms
20% deposit due at the time of booking. Remaining balance due 7 days prior to event date. If you are booking within 7 days of event date the full amount will be due at the time of booking.
All cancellations require 7 days notice prior to event date to receive refund of deposit. If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the event date the deposit will be forfeited.
We require a minimum of 7m x 3m space to park our food trailer, and space to manoeuvre it into position. We also require relatively flat ground.
We provide our own power source (generator) and are fully self sufficient with water and we remove our own waste.
