- Our Signature Pork Ribs w/ fries and slaw (GF/DF)
- Choice of Angus Beef and/or Pulled Pork Burgers with fries (Vegan Option Available)
- Loaded Fries w/ variety of toppings (Vegan Option Available)
- Sliders and Fries (Vegetarian Option Available)
- Loaded or Plain Hot Dogs w/ condiments
- Pork Belly Poke Bowls (GF/DF)
- Nacho Cups (Vegetarian/DF option available)

Other Inclusions:
- Up to 120 minute food service window
- Cutlery, napkins and plates
- Food truck and staff
- Generator (if 15amp power is not available onsite)
- Specific dietaries covered (including vegan and gluten free options)
Package amount of $2480 is suited for 80 guests with 3x menu items and a food service window of up to 120 minutes. If you have more or less guests, the final invoice amount will be calculated by the number of attendees with reductions/discounts applied, and after the Rentsy deposit is paid. More menu items can be selected and service window is extended in larger attendance events.
We will arrive approx. one hour before hand for set up. Soft drinks and water options available. We can customise a menu to suit your needs and budget, or check out our other packages! Smaller packages are available!
Special Requirements / Payment Terms
20% deposit due at the time of booking. Fully refundable up to one month prior to booking date if event is cancelled. Final payment is due one month prior to the scheduled event date. If booking is made within one month, full payment is due immediately once your package is finalised. If the booking is cancelled within 1 month, a partial refund will be issued. If the booking is cancelled within 14 days, no refunds will be issued. Trailer requires 6m x 3m space. 15amp power onsite preferred, or we can provide a generator.
