We offer a premium organic cold-beverage experience designed for medium to large events, serving high volumes with speed, consistency, and a clean, refreshing menu. Featuring small-batch organic cold-brew coffee, organic iced matcha, and handcrafted syrups — all made in-house. Our setup is 100% mobile and fully self-sufficient, requiring no electricity. Perfect for events wanting a modern, clean, refreshing option with fast, friendly service.
What these packages are designed for:
Small to medium events: Corporate activations, wellness mornings, boutique brand launches, photo shoots, outdoor events, beach gatherings, influencer/PR drops, and wellness retreats.
Medium to large events: Corporate summits, wellness events, brand activations or launches, sporting events, expos, open days, and multi-hour gatherings where quality and efficiency matter.
Beverage options include:
• Organic cold-brew coffee served over ice, either black or with mixers (listed below)
• Organic matcha served over ice with your chosen mixers (listed below)
• Mixers include dairy and plant-based milks, coconut water, chocolate coconut water, pistachio coconut water, soda water, and tonic water
• Handcrafted syrups: Salted Maple, Vietnamese, Honey, and Strawberry
• All drinks served cold (no hot beverages)
Service inclusions:
• Organic cold-brew + matcha service for your chosen duration
• High-volume fast service
• All eco-friendly cups, lids, ice, and equipment supplied
• Set-up and pack-down
• 1-2 Staff (depending on event option)
• No-power mobile cart setup (completely self-sufficient)

Special Requirements / Payment Terms
Booking + Payment:
• 50% deposit required at time of booking
• Remaining balance due 48 hours before event date
• Cancellations more than 7 days prior receive a full deposit refund
• Cancellations within 7 days may receive a partial refund at Awaken Coffee Co’s discretion
Space Requirements:
• Minimum footprint: 3m x 3m
• Indoor or outdoor compatible
• Flat, stable surface required
Access Requirements:
• Lift/elevator access required for indoor events
• Stairs cannot be used due to trike weight
• Close parking for load-in preferred
