Paella Magic Catering
Description
We make traditional Spanish Paella on site.
Our minimum number is 40 guests up to a maximum of 150 guests.
On the menu we offer guest the choice of 3 paella flavours to choose from
All paella are Gluten Free GF
- Seafood ( prawns, calamari, fish, scallops, mussels)
- Meat ( chicken , chorizo)
- Vege ( selection of different veggies)
Included in the price per head at not extra charge we offer
- Cutlery
- Serving bowls
- Napkins
- Sauces
Special Requirements / Payment Terms
We operate out of a 3 x 3 marquee from which we cook in and serve from.
Preferably the space is flat and with reasonable vehicle access so we can upload the van.
If space is tight we can operate out of smaller space (2m x 2m) with just the burners and some tables.
For events at night, we will require access to power to runs some lights, we cook with gas.
We like to arrive a couple of hours before serve time to set up and be ready.
