30% deposit due at the time of booking and remaining balance to be paid upon delivery/pickup. 48 hours notice required for all cancellations and to receive refund of deposit. If booking is cancelled within 48 hours of event date, deposit will be forfeited.

Terms and Conditions

You, the hirer named in the reservation form agree to the following:

(a) We provide a hire service of luxury cars, 4WDs, boats, jet skis, motorbikes and other equipment (Equipment).

(b) These terms apply when you place a request to hire our Equipment, by selecting a time period (Reservation Period) and paying the amount quoted by us on screen (Reservation Fee).

(c) In exchange for the Reservation Fee, we will reserve the Equipment for you to collect at the start of the Reservation Period (Reservation).

(d) You acknowledge and agree that your Reservation is for a category and general type of Equipment, and the actual item of Equipment given to you may vary in colour, size and some functionality. Please notify us prior to making a Reservation if you require a specific item of Equipment.

(e) When you come to collect the Equipment, we will require you to sign our further terms for taking possession of the Equipment (Rental Agreement), which covers additional terms relating to the hire of the Equipment, including additional fees. Any additional fee estimates displayed on screen at the time of making your Reservation are subject to change and you must review the Rental Agreement upon collection of the Equipment. The Reservation Fee will be deducted from the fees payable to hire the Equipment under the Rental Agreement.

(f) You acknowledge and agree that once you have paid the Reservation Fee, the Reservation Fee is fully non-refundable. To avoid doubt, if you fail to collect the Equipment, the Reservation Fee will be non-refundable.

(g) On the day, if we determine, in our absolute discretion, that the weather conditions are not suitable for you to use the Equipment (such as due to lightning, hail or flood), we will offer you a new Reservation Period within 1 year of the original Reservation Period. This process will continue until you are able to safely use the Equipment during a Reservation Period. The Reservation Fee will be non-refundable if this occurs.

(h) You acknowledge and agree that any right of All GC Hire under these terms to not refund the Reservation Fee is not a penalty, as it reflects the genuine losses of All GC Hire in reserving the Equipment for you.

(i) To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude any liability that may arise in connection with a Reservation.

(j) These Terms are governed by the law applying in Queensland and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and courts of appeal from them in respect of any proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
