- 24-hour hire period
- 20% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking
- Remaining balance due 7 days prior to event date
- If event date is less than 7 days of booking date, full payment required at time of booking
- All cancellations require 8 days notice. If booking is cancelled within 7 days of event date, no refunds will be issued
