Booking & Payment
- 30% non-refundable deposit required to secure the booking.
- Remaining balance payable 14 days before the event.
- Booking confirmed once the deposit has been received and hire agreement has been accepted and signed.

Cancellation Policy
- Deposit is non-refundable.
- Bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior may be transferred to another available date.
- Cancellations within 30 days are subject to our booking terms and conditions.

Space Requirements
- Approximately 6.5 metres long.
- 3 metres wide.
- 2.8 metres overhead clearance.
- Safe vehicle access and reasonably level ground.

Power Requirements
- One standard 240V 10A power outlet within approximately 20 metres.
- If power isn't available, generator options can be discussed.
