Beautiful live violin to create a romantic and elegant atmosphere throughout your wedding ceremony & canapés.
- Guest Arrival: Live violin music to welcome guests and set the tone as they arrive
- Ceremony: Live violin music for your Processional, Signing, and Recessional moments
- Canapés: Live violin music during cocktail hour/canapés until your reception begins (with flexibility to move location at same venue)
- Accompaniment: Elegant piano and guitar backing tracks
- Duration: Approx. 1 hour booking time (Ceremony Only)
- Duration: Approx. 3 hour booking time (Ceremony & Canapés)
- Equipment: Professional equipment provided by Lauren (violin, speaker, mic, fully wireless)
Special Requirements / Payment Terms
Lauren's violins and equipment are not waterproof or heatproof so she will require shelter if there is rain or extreme heat at your outdoor wedding.
Lauren can accept song requests and has a large repertoire list available.
All confirmed bookings will require a non-refundable 25% Booking Fee to secure booking date (Event Invoice). The Booking Fee acts as a security fee for the pre-payment for the work done by Lauren. The final fee is due 21 days before your wedding.
If the Purchaser cancels the event within 21 days of the event, the cancellation fee is the loss of 100% of the total invoice amount. To avoid doubt, all Booking Fees are non-refundable unless Lauren cancels the event or the parties agree in writing otherwise.
