Special Requirements / Payment Terms

Installation Requirements

Setup time: We require 2.5 to 3.5 hours before the event starts for installation.
Pack-down time: We need up to 2 hours after the event ends for collection.
Access to a nearby power outlet
Managing permits for the use of community halls, or venues is the client's responsibility.
Celebox can only be installed indoors and on a clean, dry and smooth floor.
The client must inform us in advance if the parking is far from the setup area, if there are stairs along the way, or if there are any other obstacles that may complicate the transport of the Celebox. Please note that stairs or difficult access for installation may result in an additional fee added to the final price.

Refundable Bond

A refundable bond is required for the structure, just to make sure everything comes back in perfect shape. Once it’s checked, your bond will be returned right away (refundable within 2 days post-event). From $600

Insured

Even though our structure is safe and carefully designed, we don’t want to leave anything to chance. We have insurance to cover any incident that could affect people inside the Celebox. This way, you can enjoy with complete peace of mind.

CELEBOX® Rules of Use

No food or drinks inside
No jumping or rough movement
Do not touch or lean on the walls or ceiling
Do not remove or tamper with decor
No smoking inside
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all time
Footwear is required to enter

Sunday - Open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Monday - Open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Tuesday - Open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Wednesday - Open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Thursday - Open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Friday - Open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Saturday - Open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
