Whether it's a corporate event, product launch, or private celebration, Raui Productions delivers polished, professional coverage that tells your story.

What's included:

Photography - One photographer/Videographer OR Two photographers/Videographers for a 4-hour OR 8-hour session, 100-200 professionally edited high-resolution images, candid and directed shots, and online gallery delivery within 7 days.

Videography - One videographer for the full 4-hour OR 8-hour coverage, a 2-3 minute event highlight reel, 3 OR 6 15-30 second social media cut, and a fully colour graded final edit.

Perfect for corporate events, launches, galas, and private functions.

Special Requirements / Payment Terms

Payment Details

Deposit: 50% required to secure your booking
Payment method: Bank transfer only
Remaining balance due 7 days prior to your shoot/event date

Cancellation Policy

All bookings with Raui Productions are subject to the following cancellation terms:

More than 30 days notice - Full deposit refunded, no cancellation fee.
14–30 days notice - 50% of the deposit is retained. Remaining deposit refunded.
Less than 14 days notice - Deposit is non-refundable.
Less than 48 hours notice or no-show - Full package amount is payable.
Rescheduling - One complimentary reschedule is offered with more than 14 days notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 14 days is treated as a cancellation.
Raui Productions cancellation - In the unlikely event we must cancel, a full refund of all payments will be issued, or an alternative date offered.
All travel fee will be added for locations outside of the Gol Coast Radius
Additional add-ons can be discussed
