BOOKING Full amount must be paid upfront to secure your booking. Any additional outstanding fees that may not have been confirmed prior to booking (additional equipment rental etc) will be due within 24 hours of your booking date. 
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES Cancellations/postponements required notice and fees are as follows; - More than 48 hours notice prior to the shoot date/time will not incur any fees. - Between 24-48 hours notice will forfeit 50% of the payment and have 50% held as a credit. - Less than 24 hours notice (or no-shows) will forfeit 100% of their payment. 
WEATHER Sunset Studio may suggest what times of the day might be best for your lighitng requirements, however we do not take responsibility or give refunds for undesirable weather resulting in a different look than you set out to achieve. Please follow the cancellation & changes policy above if you are concerned about weather affecing your photoshoot on the day. 
LATE ARRIVALS There will be no refunds/partial refunds for late arrivals resulting in lost time during your session. Please make yourself aware of the location and travel time prior to leaving. 
BUMP IN/OUT Your booking time includes bump in and bump out. For example if you book from 9am to 11am, arrival on site is 9am and everything must be wrapped up and packed away by 11am. Please be aware of this when booking your session time as you may need to account for extra time for setup and packup. 
HIRING LIGHTING EQUIPMENT There will be no refund for unused lighting equipment once booked and paid for. If any damage happens during your shoot let our staff know immediately - If there is no studio manager available on site, please call us (number will be provided once booked). Restoration/replacement fees will apply according to the extent of the damage. 
SOUND Sunset Studio is situated in a residential area. For this reason, please be mindful of neighbouring properties and keep the music and sound to a reasonable level. 
CYC WALL The cyclorama wall is a curved wall and not suitable for excessive weight to be applied. To avoid damaging the wall please ensure you do not stand or put weight on the curve. To minimise accessive marking, anyone (except talent) walking on the white floor must wear the provided shoe covers. 
PROPS All props in the studio are included in your hire. Please ensure they are picked up and placed in position, do not drag them across the floor. No props are to be placed on the curve of the white wall. The wooden ladder is for aethetic purposes only and is not to be climbed on. 
PAPER BACKDROPS Our paper backdrops are free if they are dopped to the floor or $50 per colour if rolled out across the floor. Please use the diagram on the wall next to the backdrops in the studio on how to set them up properly. DO NOT use tape on any floor surface, please use the sandbags provided. 
KITCHEN Feel free to use the fridge, microwave and coffee machine. All plates and cutlery must be washed and put away. 
CLEANING The studio is expected to be returned to the same state it is found when you arrived. If the studio is left in an unreasonably untidy condition including accessive marks on the white floor that requires staff to repaint the floor, there may be a $100 fee applied for cleaning or repainting. This will be up to the studio owners discretion. 
REPAINT If you would like to opt to have the floor freshly painted prior to your booking, we require 48 hours notice and there will be an additional $100 charged for the paint fee. 
RUBBISH Please ensure you pick up all rubbish and remove leftover food from the fridge before leaving. There is a small bin situated under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom. Any excess rubbish must be taken with you or a fee may be charged. 
NOT ALLOWED IN STUDIO - Sunset Studio is situated on a private property. As it is a family home there is to be NO pornographic/Only Fans content photographed or filmed on site. Please advise us if this is your intention. -We do not allow open flame/lit candles in the studio. Battery operated is fine, “Product only” photopgraphy may be exempt from this rule- please email us and have a chat if you aren’t sure.. -We do not allow pets in the studio or on the property. -NO SMOKING in the studio or on the property at any time. 
DAMAGE If any damage happens during your shoot let our staff know immediately - If there is no studio manager available on site, please call us (number will be provided once booked). Restoration fees will apply according to the extent of the damage. 
SURVEILLANCE Please note we now have a security camera in the main cyc wall area to protect us against damage and theft. Please be assured that the camera cannot see anything past the kitchen including the bathroom/changeroom. Your privacy is important to us and no footage will be distributed or used for any purpose other than security.
