Description
Our picnic packages are perfect for Baby Showers, including everything from our regular pop up picnic setups with some added extras to really make your event special.
Each picnic includes
- Cutlery, glassware, flatware, napkins
- Rugs, cushions, wooden picnic tables
- Choice of colour theme
- Fresh florals to keep
- Ice bucket on stand (ice not included)
- Set up and pack down service
- An arch mesh backdrop with two silk floral installations in colours to match your theme including a beautiful “oh baby” sign
- A stunning peacock chair with cushion
- A cake table with cake stand, cupcake stand and a water decanter (including 3L of bottled water)
- Custom signage for welcoming your guests
Picnics can be ordered for anywhere from Brisbane to Byron but additional delivery fee may apply
2 Hour hire so you can enjoy your event and not feel rushed
Our package includes the full pop up picnic setup, It is the ultimate package, ensuring you have everything you need for a spectacular event. Prices include setup and pack down. Some charges may apply for setups in public spaces.
Special Requirements / Payment Terms
$100 deposit is due at time of booking
Remaining balance is due 10 days prior to event date
If booking within 10 days of event date, full payment will be required at time of booking
Inclement weather plans must be arranged at time of booking, full terms and conditions and cancellation policy to be acknowledged at time of booking
