Choose between the Black Room for a cinematic, high-contrast look or the Lounge Room for a relaxed, conversational setup. Both spaces are purpose-built for clean audio, multi-angle video, and efficient recording sessions.

Important – What This Booking Includes
This booking is for audio and video recording only.
• No editing, cutting, colour grading, sound mixing, or post-production is included
• All files are supplied raw and unedited
• You are responsible for managing and downloading your files during your booking
Editing can be outsourced if required.
Please speak with our team after your booking is confirmed to discuss editing options, pricing, and turnaround times.
Please Note (Very Important)
• Access begins strictly at your booked start time
• Your booking includes setup, recording, and pack-down time
• You must bring your own laptop to download and manage your files
• All files must be downloaded before your session ends
Special Requirements / Payment Terms
Payment:
Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session receive a full refund or one complimentary reschedule (subject to availability).
Cancellations made 48 hours–7 days before the session receive a 50% refund or one reschedule (must occur within 30 days).
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
No refunds or credits once a session has commenced.
Property & Damage:
Clients are responsible for all damage caused during their booking. Damaged items must be replaced at full retail value. Damage invoices are due within 7 days (10% late fee applies).
